Have your reference ready; it looks like LND-XXXX and is in your confirmation email. It lets us find your box, move a delivery, or swap an item before the stock is packed.
When we answer
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm UK time. In arrivals week (the first two weeks of September) we are out delivering, so WhatsApp is the way to reach us.
Where we are
Aberdeen, Scotland. We deliver to Hillhead, Garthdee, the city centre halls and private flats across the city; there is no shop to visit, everything comes to your door.
Parents and guardians
You can reserve on behalf of a student: put their name and check-in date on the order and your own email and phone for the deposit and updates. We will not share anything with the halls beyond the delivery itself.
